Hurry up and wait is a phrase thrown around in the military a lot and we have had our fair share of that this year. We are now in the "hurrying up" phase and things are moving very quickly!
Today we were able to sign our lease at a notary and all should go smoothly with securing the house we wanted to rent in Jacksonville (Change of address cards to follow soon!)
Today we are scrambling to get our ducks in a row for moving day (collecting medical records, changing address information, packing up items we will move, and on and on). I suppose we blocked from our memory the detailed list of things that needed to be done prior to our move just one year ago and underestimated that it could all get done so fast!
Needless to say, God is good and he has more than provided for our every need. Tomorrow (Thursday) we will head south to Venice, Florida for a long weekend with Nan and Pop and Whitney's mom. Sunday we will arrive back home in Pensacola. Monday packers will arrive early to pack all of our belongings. Tuesday, movers will come to move all of our belongings. We will drive to Jacksonville Tuesday to pick up house keys. Finally, Wednesday our movers should arrive with our shipment and unpack us! After all that, Whitney has a tentative interview lined up for Thursday!!!!
On the job front for Whitney- phone calls and e-mails are trickling in and interviews are being lined up. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out! There are currently over 15 OT position openings that she has been able to apply for- God is good!

Ahhh! I can't believe you are leaving so quickly! It's crazy! We're going to miss you, but maybe we can swing by and say goodbye on your packing day. Have a good trip down south again.
